Need to start 3 WR's, I like my squad but my decisions get difficult each week because of the depth.
I am already starting V Jax because he is unbenchable and am confident that the season has turned around for G Jennings with the increased amount of looks since their bye week...so that leaves me with the last spot between these guys (NOTE- I am in a PPR League) :
Crabtree @ Tenn (allow the most points in the league to WR's in my league)
M Austin @ Phi (he is the obviously hot, but is he cooling down?)
Holmes @Den (Productive and Ward should get Bailey, TD negated on a bad call in week 7)
Manningham @ SDG (he is practicing and great match up- but not really in the running)
Cotchery -BYE |

I'm starting Austin again this week myself, and hoping Romo has a 4th straight good game in him even though Philly is likely to throw everything at him.
Don't like Manningham with Hixon and Nicks getting so many looks. They've hurt me with S Smith the past few weeks. Think Giants run early and often this week v SD. But if SD can play a little D and get V JAX etal going deep early like the Saints did, Giants might not have a choice but to air it out to catch up.
Holmes should be fine, but I think Mike Wallace is gonna start getting more deep looks and balls. Holmes should still get his share, especially if they can't get the run game going, I'd expect to see Roethlisberger throw it 35 times.
Crabtree is really intriguing though... You'd think that if SF wanted to run TX-TECH style quick slants and SlugGos this TEN team would be the team to play.
All that said, i'd go Holmes, Austin, Crabtree, Manningham in that order. |

| Really? You should not bench Austin until he cools off!! You have to ride him to the end. |

I know I am supposed to ride them until they cool off...I am having a difficult time with that because I sat CJ last week in favor of Rice because he had a huge week before the BYE and has produced more consistently all season even though my gut was saying CJ! This week I am sticking with CJ even though Rice will have opportunity in the passing game against Cinci...
I really like Holmes but He was 3rd in my ranking...I have it Crabtree, Austin then Holmes as of now...but I can be persuaded...
Keep the thoughts coming...
NOTE : ROMO is my QB, so if that connection w/ Austin keeps going I get double points for TD's but at the same time if Romo gets shut down some how this weekend or falls in love with Witten then it has double the impact, another reason I am considering Crabtree!
Who is going to match up with Champ this week? Holmes or Ward? |

I would do Austin, too. Maningham is unplayable till he at least gets on the field for a game. Not to mention he not a PPR machine. Crabtree and Holmes are nice goes too but I would ride Austin. Dallas always plays Phili. tough. _________________ Am I helping you? Please look for and answer my posts. I have one this week @
